Lester hasn’t slowed down. Since 2.5: Worlds Worth Another Run, the arcade has shipped a run of updates, big and small. Tower of Power learned to fight properly. The scoreboards got an archive. The games load more reliably, and they look better on your phone. And the arcade around them got a fresh coat of neon.

2.9.3 is live. Here’s the rundown of everything between 2.5 and today, cabinet by cabinet.

Tower of Power: a real brawler now

Tower of Power — Lester in a kung-fu stance outside the tower. Play free.

Tower of Power 0.7.0 is the biggest change to any cabinet in this stretch. The whole fighting system was rebuilt around how a brawler should feel in your hands.

Controls that keep up with you

  • Grab and Guard have their own buttons, so blocking and grabbing never fight over the same press.
  • Dodge with its own button, with Guard plus a direction, or with a quick double tap.
  • Lester faces his target and backpedals instead of turning his back, and bodies no longer overlap in a scrum.
  • Touch players get an 8-way slide stick with Dodge, Guard, Grab, Special, Punch and Kick buttons. Keyboard and gamepad controls can be remapped.

Moves worth learning

  • High, low, forward and back chains, each with its own animation.
  • Specials with Punch and Kick together, or by holding Kick for the Crane kick.
  • The PKPK Cyclone, now reachable in a real fight.
  • A Move list in the menu, so you always know what you can pull off.

Hits that land

  • Blocks work by height. Overheads beat a low guard and sweeps beat a high one.
  • Five directional throws, with the enemy held right in front of you.
  • The tower fights back: more railings and ledges, throws into tables, shelves, vending machines, cabinets and windows, and wall splats.
  • Pipes, bats and bottles each come with their own move set.

Lester has a new skeleton with hand-made poses for every move and reaction, his clothes move with him, and five named boss lieutenants wait on the way up. Tower of Power is still a Free playtest, so jump in and tell us how the climb feels.

Scores: your history, on the record

  • Active patch and Archive. The boards now separate the current version from earlier patches, so a new update never buries the runs you’re proud of. Sort and filter the Archive by patch.
  • Last week is one tap away, and every new week opens with a fresh podium for the top three.
  • A cleaner header that names the boards you’re looking at: Weekly, Monthly and All-time.

Hard Money Heroes

  • More reliable loading. The loading bar only reaches 100% when the game is truly ready, and if something goes wrong you get a clear way back to the menu instead of a stuck screen.
  • Better on phones. The game fills the screen after you rotate your phone, the HUD stays in view, and the rotate hint and arcade menu button no longer cover it.
  • Your hero has personality again, with idle fidgets and turn moves back in action.
  • Clearer words on screen. The HUD speaks plain English, and the arrival caption no longer sits on top of the pause menu.

Chikun’s Escape

  • The forest always shows up, even on a slow connection.
  • A cleaner start screen that gets you flying sooner.
  • A Retry button if the arcade can’t be reached, so a dropped connection doesn’t end your session.

STACKED

  • Faster to start. Settings and results now load when you need them, so the board is ready sooner.
  • Smoother on more devices, including laptops and phones without a dedicated graphics chip.

Every game updates faster

Each cabinet can now be updated on its own. When a game gets a fix or new content, it reaches you as soon as it’s ready, without waiting for the rest of the arcade. Your Ranked runs and leaderboards carry on exactly as before.

Around the arcade

  • A live markets ticker runs across the top of every page with the Litecoin price, LitVM (testnet, no price yet), Lite Strategy and Luxxfolio. Stock prices are delayed, and none of it is investment advice.
  • Fresh page layouts for the home page, your profile, the scoreboards and the journal.
  • The journal is in the main menu. Tap Journal from anywhere in the arcade. The latest story now leads the journal, and you can share any article to X, Telegram or Reddit in one tap.
  • A new arcade icon, the blue Litecoin joystick, on your browser tab and home screen.
  • Lighter, faster pages, with smaller images and bigger buttons that are easier to tap.

Your next run starts here

All four cabinets are free to play in your browser, no wallet needed. When you’re ready to compete, connect a wallet and put your name on the boards in Hard Money Heroes, Chikun’s Escape or STACKED.
