How to Read + Play the Arcade
Use this as the beginner-friendly quick-start layer: portal → cabinet → mode → combat → score sync.

Lester's Arcade
Connect your wallet, enter the arcade, pick a cabinet, then boot Hard Money Heroes in Free Mode or Ranked testnet mode.
Your wallet is your profile. Scores, achievements, usernames, avatars, and ranked runs attach to the connected wallet.

Hard Money Heroes
Choose Free Mode for local practice, or Play Ranked for an official testnet run. Ranked will eventually submit at game over with wallet, username, avatar, score, and run receipt.

Survive as long as possible. Clear staged sections, use cover, time jumps, chain kills, and preserve no-damage streaks for higher scores.

Lester's Arcade
A browser-first Web3 dApp arcade portal: wallet parent account, SNES-style cabinet selection, and a 60fps Canvas vertical slice for Hard Money Heroes. Godot can be explored later, but the current hackathon path is web-native so wallet, LitVM, and smart-contract rails stay simple.
